Open change requests carrying a DMR::* lifecycle label. By default this shows Request — the team's to-do list. Use the Status filter to review Approved, Rejected, Batched or Failed entries. New requests are created via the change form. Closing the underlying GitLab issue retires a spurious or withdrawn request — closed issues are never listed here, whatever lifecycle label they carry.
